On March 19, reports surfaced indicating that the Jiangsu Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, along with the People's Government of Jiangsu Province, had issued a comprehensive plan. This plan is aimed at propelling the digital transformation of infrastructure across the province. It outlines a series of strategic initiatives, including the implementation of the "Computing Network Jiangsu" project, the establishment of an intelligent hub for urban operations, the construction of a robust digital foundation, and the pioneering application of urban intelligent agents.

Additionally, the plan underscores the importance of elevating the application standards of "vehicle-road-cloud integration" and executing projects to streamline parking facilities. By 2030, the province envisions the realization of over 300 exemplary application scenarios, all underpinned by the power of urban large models and intelligent agents, marking a significant leap forward in Jiangsu's digital evolution.
