Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon's cloud computing arm, has encountered at least two instances of service outages recently, stemming from glitches in its self-developed artificial intelligence coding tool. Insiders with knowledge of the situation revealed that in mid-December of the previous year, an AWS system designed to enable customers to scrutinize their service costs suffered a disruption lasting roughly 13 hours. This incident has subsequently fueled apprehensions among employees regarding the company's strategy for promoting the tool.
