Liu Liehong underscored the significant emphasis placed by the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the Digital China construction endeavor, with central enterprises identified as the primary driving force. He expressed his aspiration that, during the 15th Five-Year Plan period, both central and state-owned enterprises would spearhead and exemplify efforts in reforming the market-oriented allocation of data resources, fostering self-reliance and enhancing the capabilities of digital technology, as well as constructing a modern industrial ecosystem.
