Founded in January of this year, the company is headed by legal representative Song Wei. Its operational scope encompasses digital technology services, the wholesale and retail of computer software, hardware, and ancillary equipment, computer system services, software development and distribution, along with the sales of cloud computing equipment. According to shareholder details, the company is entirely owned by Ningbo Lingqiong CloudLink Network Technology Co., Ltd., which is itself a subsidiary of Kingsoft Cloud.
