Dawei Technology has revealed that, commencing in 2024, the company has been offering leasing services to over ten clients via servers and chips that it has either purchased itself or leased. During the first three quarters, the revenue generated from this segment amounted to RMB 11,232,000. Of this total, 52.46% was derived from self-purchased equipment, while the remaining 47.54% came from leased resources. This revenue stream constituted 3.59% of the company's overall operating income, exerting a relatively minor influence on its financial performance. The inaugural phase of Dawei Technology's Zhangbei Data Center project is slated for completion and handover in October 2025. However, the anticipated revenue contribution from this project in 2025 is projected to be modest. The project's main focus is to supply resources, including bespoke standard data center settings, readily available racks, designated areas, and associated equipment and facilities. Its operational model aligns with the company's existing core business and does not encompass computing power leasing activities.
