On December 12 local time, Oracle Corporation denied reports that the completion time of the data center it is building for OpenAI has been postponed from 2027 to 2028. An Oracle spokesperson stated that the site selection and delivery schedule were determined in close coordination with OpenAI after the agreement was signed and had been mutually agreed upon by both parties. Currently, none of the contractually committed milestones have been delayed, and all milestones are progressing as planned.
