In the third quarter of 2025, Tencent witnessed a 10% year-on-year (YoY) surge in revenue from its financial technology and enterprise services segments, with the figure soaring to 58.2 billion yuan. Within this impressive growth, the revenue derived from financial technology services registered a robust increase in the high single-digit percentage range. This growth was primarily propelled by a spike in earnings from commercial payment transactions and consumer loan offerings. Meanwhile, the enterprise services division also experienced a remarkable double-digit percentage growth on a YoY basis. This upswing was mainly attributed to the expansion in cloud services, which saw a heightened demand for AI-related solutions, as well as an uptick in technical service fees collected from merchants operating on WeChat Mini Programs.
