Crusoe announced that it has successfully raised $1.38 billion through equity financing, pushing its valuation past $10 billion. Currently, the company is operating a large-scale data center complex in Texas for OpenAI and Oracle. On Thursday, Crusoe released a statement saying that this funding round was co-led by Valor Equity Partners and Mubadala Capital, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund Mubadala Investment Company. Other investors include well-known enterprises such as NVIDIA, Altimeter Capital, BAM Elevate, Founders Fund, Fidelity Management, Salesforce Ventures, and Supermicro.
