HYBSOFT (301316.SZ) has made an announcement stating that Shenhui Jinyu, a company under the control of its major shareholder Shenhui Holdings, has successfully finalized the transfer procedures for acquiring a 22.0875% equity stake in Baode Computing. With this acquisition, Shenhui Holdings now exerts control over Baode Computing. Consequently, Yu Hao, the actual controller of HYBSOFT, will also assume the role of the actual controller of Baode Computing. Furthermore, on October 20, Shenhui Holdings received the Decision on Not Initiating Further Review of the Antitrust Review for Concentration of Undertakings from the State Administration for Market Regulation.
