According to a Wednesday announcement, Nscale, a data center developer specializing in artificial intelligence, has agreed to build a data center with a maximum power capacity of up to 240MW for Microsoft in Texas. The startup stated that it will deploy approximately 104,000 of NVIDIA's latest GB300 chips, with the facility expected to become operational in the third quarter of 2026.
