Google has set its sights on investing a staggering $10 billion in Visakhapatnam, India, as well as the three adjacent villages of Adavivaram, Tarluvada, and Rambilli. The purpose of this substantial investment is to construct a data center cluster boasting a total power capacity of 1 gigawatt. This ambitious project is slated to commence operations in July 2028, and the official signing of the investment proposal is scheduled to take place on October 14.
