NVIDIA has officially introduced the RTX 50 series of graphics cards. PCWorld has conducted performance tests on this series when utilized in an external configuration with laptops. The findings indicate that when connecting RTX 50 series GPUs externally to laptops, there is a notable decline in gaming performance compared to desktop setups, rendering this configuration less than ideal. In particular tests, the performance loss peaked at an alarming 32%.
