Kexiang Co., Ltd. has announced that its subsidiary, Jiangxi Kexiang Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., plans to construct a new intelligent manufacturing production line for high-order HDI and high-layer-count circuit boards on the remaining plot adjacent to its existing factory area in the Jiujiang Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangxi Province. The facility is designed with an annual capacity of 200,000 square meters. Products will include 26-layer and above high-layer-count boards for AI server motherboards, sixth-order and above high-order HDI boards for AI accelerator cards, and ceramic hybrid HDI boards. The total project investment is RMB 3 billion, covering the construction of factory buildings and supporting facilities, interior decoration, process equipment, raw material reserves, and other working capital.
