On October 28, Wolfe Research reiterated its 'Outperform' rating for SK Hynix and set a target price of $250. This rating is based on the strong demand for high-bandwidth memory (HBM) driven by artificial intelligence infrastructure. Analyst Chris Caso noted that the rising prices of HBM, increased memory production, and the current attractive valuation all provide room for the stock price to rise. Currently, SK Hynix is valued at approximately 4.5 times its optimistic expected earnings. Wolfe Research also predicts that if SK Hynix implements its shareholder return policy as expected, the free cash flow generated over the next two years may be sufficient to repurchase up to 28% of its total stock capital.
