SYTECH has declared that its board of directors has given the green light to a share buyback initiative. The company is set to allocate RMB 200 million to RMB 300 million, sourced from its own coffers or raised capital, to repurchase A-shares via centralized bidding transactions. The buyback price will not surpass RMB 207.99 per share. These repurchased shares are earmarked for employee stock ownership schemes or equity incentive programs, with the entire process slated to unfold over a 12-month timeframe.
