Recently, the YouTube channel Moore’s Law Is Dead unveiled bare die photos of Intel's forthcoming Nova Lake mobile processors, providing a glimpse into the chiplet arrangements and core setups of both the Nova Lake-HX and Nova Lake-H variants. The premium Nova Lake-HX model is rumored to feature a sophisticated three-tier hybrid architecture, integrating 8 performance cores (P-cores), 16 efficient cores (E-cores), and 4 low-power efficient cores (LP-E cores), culminating in a total of 28 CPU cores. This model is also paired with 2 Xe3P integrated graphics units. Another variant within the Nova Lake-HX lineup is designed with a 4P+8E+4LP-E configuration, offering a total of 16 CPU cores, and similarly, it is outfitted with 2 Xe3P integrated graphics units. The Nova Lake-H series, on the other hand, presents a range of integrated graphics options, encompassing configurations with 12 Xe3P cores, 4 Xe3 cores, and 2 Xe3 cores, catering to diverse performance requirements.
However, it is important to note that the photos and specifications disclosed are derived from unofficial sources. Intel has yet to officially confirm the model numbers, detailed specifications, or the manufacturing process involved. Consequently, the specifics remain subject to alteration until Intel provides an official announcement.
