On September 30th, SigmaStar Technology disclosed that it had been notified by Shanghai Walden Hi-Tech Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. that Shanghai Huake Zhixin Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise (a limited partnership), in which SigmaStar Technology is an investor, had successfully concluded the final phase of fundraising and agreement signing. All partners involved have reaffirmed their commitment by re-signing the partnership agreement. As of the announcement date, the fund had wrapped up its fundraising efforts, culminating in a total subscribed capital commitment of RMB 1.482475 billion.
