On September 30, Nari Radar (688522.SH) made an announcement revealing its intention to acquire a 51% stake in Guangzhou Xintai Communication Technology Co., Ltd. This stake, currently held by Yang Chaojian, Chen Taibao, Yao Qiufang, Xu Zhen, Li Yunfeng, and Zhu Meifang, will be purchased for RMB 162 million, utilizing the company's own financial resources. Additionally, Nari Radar will shoulder the responsibility for settling any unpaid capital contributions associated with this equity portion. Upon the successful completion of the transaction, Xintai Communication will transition into a subsidiary under Nari Radar's control and will be incorporated into the company's consolidated financial statements. Established in 2013, Xintai Communication has carved out a niche in the optical communication sector, offering a wide array of optical transmission systems and optimization solutions. Its product offerings find applications across various industries, including telecommunications operators, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), Internet Data Centers (IDCs), power, electronics, information communication, network security, and cloud computing.
