Jiangxi Ofilm Optical Micro-Nano Devices Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ofilm, was established on July 8, 2026. The company specializes in optical passive devices for optical interconnect applications, with a business scope covering the research and development, manufacturing, and sales of optoelectronic devices, multi-channel fiber arrays, optical glass, etc. It is also committed to the research and development of electronic specialty materials and new material technologies. Currently, the company is still in the initial stages of its business and has not yet secured any actual business orders. Additionally, in August 2026, Ofilm acquired a 51% stake in Hefei Zhongke Daojing Technology Co., Ltd., becoming its controlling shareholder. At present, some glass substrate packaging products from Zhongke Daojing have achieved small-batch supply, but they account for a relatively small proportion of the company's overall revenue.
