MeiG Smart Technology has declared that its fully-owned subsidiary, MeiG Smart Investment, acting as a limited partner, has entered into a partnership agreement with the general partner, Shanghai Tianjixin, along with 27 additional limited partners. This collaboration is aimed at investing in the Suzhou Puhua Chen Guang Venture Capital Partnership Enterprise. The combined committed capital contribution from all partners of this partnership enterprise sums up to a substantial 1.057 billion yuan. Among them, MeiG Smart Investment intends to invest 30 million yuan from its own reserves, representing 2.84% of the total investment. The fund's primary focus will be on investing in entities related to the integrated circuit industry chain, and it is set to operate for a period of seven years. It's noteworthy that this investment neither qualifies as a related-party transaction nor as a major asset restructuring, and therefore, does not necessitate submission to the board of directors or shareholders' meeting for approval and discussion.
