Recently, Pure Semiconductor has triumphantly secured a mass production order for the main drive SiC MOSFETs to be used in overseas new energy vehicles from one of the world's leading automakers. The company is set to accelerate the integration of these products into vehicles, with mass production slated to kick off in 2028. Previously, in 2024 and 2025, the company had already secured R&D contracts and mass production orders for overseas models from this very automaker. The R&D and mass production preparations for this project are progressing smoothly, with deliveries anticipated to commence in 2027.
