This equipment has been delivered to a premier domestic optical silicon material company. As the inaugural domestically manufactured 6-inch integrated metrology and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polishing) equipment, its performance is on par with international cutting-edge standards. It is set to bridge the gaps present in the domestic semiconductor specialty process manufacturing sector.
