On July 30, Sunlord Electronics announced during its performance presentation that its AI inductor products are predominantly utilized to power various xPUs—such as GPUs, CPUs, and ASIC chips—within AI servers. Presently, the company has successfully attained mass production and commenced shipment of AI inductors produced using a range of processes, including assembly, copper-magnetic co-firing, and molding techniques. In the midst of the evolving landscape of AI inductor TLVR structures, the company has secured approval from several prominent power module customers and end-cloud manufacturers, and is now engaged in bulk product supply.
