In Huaqiangbei, Shenzhen, this situation has had a particularly pronounced effect on prices. Merchants disclosed that NVIDIA has issued notices of price hikes to graphics card manufacturers authorized worldwide. Consequently, major graphics card brand factories have completely emptied their warehouses and halted bulk shipments, resulting in a swift contraction of market supply.

Computer assembly merchants noted that the challenge in replenishing new stock promptly has rendered existing inventory exceptionally precious. Distributors are generally hesitant to sell, which has further fueled the escalation of prices for the available inventory. According to statistics, the prices of mainstream memory products and graphics cards in Huaqiangbei are on a continuous upward trajectory. Specifically, the price of a 1TB solid-state drive has soared from 410 yuan in September of the previous year to 950 yuan at present, marking a 132% increase. The price of 16G DDR5 memory has climbed from 450 yuan to 1,850 yuan, representing a 311% hike. Similarly, the price of 32G DDR5 memory has surged from 900 yuan to 3,800 yuan, a staggering 322% increase.

When it comes to graphics cards, the price of the RTX 5060 has jumped from 2,300 yuan on July 22nd to approximately 3,000 yuan, reflecting a roughly 30% increase. Meanwhile, the price of the RTX 5080 has risen from 8,000 yuan to around 12,000 yuan, indicating a roughly 50% surge.
