On July 23 (local time), Intel unveiled its earnings report, revealing that its revenue for the second quarter (Q2) reached $16.13 billion. This marks a significant 25% increase compared to the same period last year, comfortably surpassing the estimated figure of $14.43 billion. Notably, within this performance, the revenue generated from the Data Center and Artificial Intelligence business segment soared to $6.26 billion, outperforming analysts' expectations, which were pegged at $5.54 billion. Moreover, the adjusted earnings per share stood at $0.42, also exceeding the analysts' projected figure of $0.21. Looking ahead, Intel anticipates its Q3 revenue to fall within the range of $15.8 billion to $16.8 billion, with the lower end of this forecast range already surpassing the average analyst estimate of $15.1 billion.
