Yunnan Chihong Zinc & Germanium made an announcement stating that its majority-owned subsidiary, Yunnan Xinyao, has entered into a supply agreement with a client for the sale of indium phosphide wafers (substrates). The projected total contract value, inclusive of taxes, spans from 570 million to 855 million yuan, representing a significant portion—53.48% to 80.23%—of the company's audited operating revenue for the year 2025. The delivery of the contracted products is scheduled to occur in multiple shipments, starting from August 1, 2026, and concluding by December 31, 2027.
