On June 24, the performance of the three major U.S. stock indices at the close was a mixed bag. The Dow Jones Industrial Average eked out a 0.23% gain, while the Nasdaq Composite Index inched up by 0.27%, and the S&P 500 Index advanced by 0.31%. However, the tech sector, particularly large-cap stocks, faced a downturn. Microsoft's shares plummeted by over 2%, while SpaceX, Tesla, and Netflix all witnessed drops exceeding 1%. Nvidia, Meta, and Apple also experienced slight declines, although Amazon managed to eke out a marginal increase. Among the popular Chinese American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), the number of decliners outweighed the gainers. NIO's shares tumbled by more than 3%, while Baidu, Alibaba, JD.com, iQIYI, and XPeng Group all saw drops exceeding 2%. Li Auto, NetEase, and Pinduoduo also registered declines of over 1%. In contrast, Bilibili stood out with a surge of more than 5%.
