On June 17, Kingfa Science & Technology revealed on an interactive platform that its LCP materials have been widely adopted across a range of cutting-edge sectors, including new-generation information and communication technology, new energy, consumer electronics, as well as electronic and electrical applications in AI and big data centers. The company's latest LCP materials, distinguished by their low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss, have been extensively utilized in components like high-speed connectors and storage connectors for AI servers, boasting transmission rates of up to 224Gbps. Furthermore, the company's modified LCP materials have successfully achieved mass production and supply for connector components in the commercial aerospace industry. Nevertheless, it's important to note that the materials business within the commercial aerospace sector currently constitutes a minor portion of the company's total revenue, and this industry is not expected to significantly influence the company's performance in the near future. Investors are advised to stay mindful of the associated risks. Presently, the company boasts an annual production capacity of 11,000 tons for LCP materials, with a notably high capacity utilization rate. An additional 10,000 tons of production capacity is currently under construction and is projected to become operational in 2027.
