The Terafab project, which is being jointly spearheaded by SpaceX, Tesla, and xAI, is geared towards supplying chip support for artificial intelligence and robotics endeavors, with the total investment in the project potentially soaring to as much as $119 billion. According to land registry records, the company has bought at least six parcels of land in Grimes County, encompassing over 6,000 acres, though the transaction amount remains undisclosed.
