Arm CEO Rene Haas stated in Taipei, China, that the supply and demand for various types of memory chips, including high-bandwidth memory chips, DRAM, and NAND, are tight, and it is expected that the supply will remain tight for some time to come. He pointed out that due to insufficient capacity expansion during the previous downturn, memory chips remain a difficult bottleneck issue to resolve. Goldman Sachs also predicts that this tight situation will continue until 2028.
