On May 7, Guangzhou Iron and Steel Gas announced on the investor interaction platform that its independently developed "Super-N" series ultra-high purity nitrogen generation units are designed to stably produce and consistently supply ultra-high purity nitrogen gas at the ppb (parts per billion) level. This meets the stringent purity standards required for gases used in integrated circuit manufacturing. Presently, the series encompasses multiple models, including 15K, 30K, and 50K, with plans to develop products with even higher capacity levels in the pipeline.
