GigaDevice has disclosed that, as of the announcement's release date, the company's principal shareholder and de facto controller, Zhu Yiming, possesses 45.758 million shares, constituting 6.53% of the overall share capital. Meanwhile, his affiliated entity, Winfull Ltd. based in Hong Kong, holds 13.0535 million shares, making up 1.86% of the total share capital. Owing to personal financial requirements, Zhu Yiming intends to divest up to 7 million shares via centralized bidding and an additional 4.21 million shares through block trading, spanning from April 30, 2026, to July 29, 2026. This planned divestiture amounts to a maximum of 11.21 million shares, equivalent to 1.60% of the company's total share capital.
