On March 29, the inauguration ceremony for the Shandong Provincial Laboratory Specializing in Qingdao’s Distinctive Chips and Intelligent Instruments was held in Qingdao’s West Coast New Area. The event was graced by the presence of several distinguished guests, including Ren Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Mayor; Sun Haisheng, Director of the Shandong Provincial Department of Science and Technology; Wang Bo, Member of the Standing Committee of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor; Liu Changsong, Member of the Standing Committee of the Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Working Committee for the West Coast New Area; Wang Yunpeng, President of Beihang University; Zhao Weisheng, Director of the Laboratory and Vice President of Beihang University; as well as Deng Zhonghan, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Yu Dapeng, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
