On March 13, National Silicon Industry Group made an announcement stating that its controlled subsidiaries, Okmetic and Xin'ao Xinyi, aim to sign a license agreement with the related entity SOITEC S.A. This move is part of the group's strategy to expand its SOI business and foster the adoption of related products within the Chinese market. Leveraging the existing licensing framework and business collaboration, SOITEC S.A. will persist in granting pertinent SOI licenses under the new agreement. The estimated total value of these licenses is projected to surpass RMB 30 million, constituting over 1% of the company's latest audited total assets.
