Institution: Combined Output Value of Top 10 Global Wafer Foundries to Increase by 2.6% QoQ in Q4 2025

TrendForce's latest research indicates that in the fourth quarter of 2025, advanced processes will see outstanding shipment performance due to strong demand for AI server GPUs and Google TPUs, along with smartphone main chip tape-outs driven by new smartphone releases. For mature processes, power management orders for servers and Edge AI will maintain high utilization rates for 8-inch wafers, with potential price increases, while 12-inch capacity utilization remains generally stable. Driven by these factors, the total output value of the top 10 global wafer foundries is expected to grow by 2.6% QoQ, reaching approximately US$46.3 billion.
