Recently, Guangli Technology stated during institutional research that since July 2025, the company's domestic semiconductor mechanical dicing equipment has been operating at full capacity. The shipment volume of its semiconductor business has continued to grow, and new orders have kept increasing. To meet customer demand, the company is fully advancing the construction of the second-phase project in the airport industrial park, which is expected to commence production in the first quarter of 2027. By then, the new production capacity will exceed three times the existing capacity.
