Wingtech Technology announced that its subsidiary, Nexperia, and its controlling party had previously received ministerial orders and court rulings from relevant Dutch authorities, which temporarily restricted the company's control over Nexperia. In February 2026 (Dutch time), the Enterprise Chamber approved the initiation of a formal investigation and expanded the scope of the investigation to include the actions of Nexperia's local management. The previously imposed interim measures will remain in effect during the investigation, and the equity custodian is prohibited from disposing of the equity. The investigation will be conducted by two independent investigators appointed by the court. During the investigation, the company's control rights over Nexperia will remain restricted for an uncertain duration. The company will take all legal measures to restore full control over Nexperia.
