On February 12, Wingtech Technology issued a statement regarding the latest ruling by the Enterprise Chamber in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, in the Nexperia case. The Enterprise Chamber did not revoke its previous erroneous decision, did not lift the interim measures against Nexperia, nor did it restore Wingtech Technology's lawful control rights as a shareholder. Additionally, the court ruled to initiate an investigation into Nexperia. Wingtech Technology expressed extreme disappointment and dissatisfaction with this ruling and reiterated that the immediate and unconditional revocation of all interim measures and the restoration of its lawful shareholder rights are the only solutions to save Nexperia, stabilize the global supply chain, and protect the rights and interests of all stakeholders.
