Recently, the University of Electronic Science and Technology released its 2025 news highlights, mentioning that two high-level academic achievements from the university have received significant recognition from the international academic community. The research findings from the micro-nano electronic materials and passive integration team at the School of Integrated Circuits and the National Key Laboratory of Electronic Thin Films and Integrated Devices provide a novel method for enhancing the stability of self-assembled hole transport layers and perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem solar cells. The relevant results were published in the internationally renowned academic journal Science.
