GigaDevice: Plans to Issue 28.9158 Million H Shares for Listing in Hong Kong

On December 31, GigaDevice announced on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it plans to globally offer 28,915,800 H shares, including 2,891,600 shares for sale in Hong Kong and 26,024,200 shares for international sale. The offering price will not exceed HK$162 per share. The subscription period will run from December 31, 2025, to January 8, 2026, with trading expected to commence on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 13, 2026.
