Foundry company TSMC announced on its official website that its 2-nanometer process technology has commenced mass production as scheduled in the fourth quarter of 2025. This technology adopts the first-generation nanosheet transistor technology and will be produced simultaneously in Kaohsiung and Hsinchu.
