Notably, the company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Xishang Microassembly Technology Co., Ltd. Publicly available information indicates that Xishang Microassembly is a technology enterprise dedicated to the research and development, production, and service of high-end semiconductor equipment. Its core business encompasses the design and manufacture of photolithography equipment, a critical component in semiconductor fabrication.
