At precisely 10:02 a.m. local time today, a fire abruptly broke out within a research and development facility located on Samsung Electronics' campus in Hwaseong City, Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. This unexpected incident triggered the immediate and emergency evacuation of approximately 120 people. The in-house fire brigade of Samsung swiftly responded, successfully extinguishing the visible flames by around 10:15 a.m. Following this, the local fire department dispatched a substantial force, consisting of 30 pieces of firefighting equipment and 77 personnel.
