Data from TrendForce indicates that on December 23, the international spot prices for DRAM wafers witnessed an overall increase. Specifically, DDR4 products experienced a collective price hike, while certain DDR5 and DDR3 wafers also saw modest gains. In detail, the price of DDR4 8Gb (512Mx16) 3200 rose by 2.83%, reaching an average price of US$16.350. Similarly, the DDR4 8Gb (1Gx8) 2666 saw a 2.73% increase, with its average price climbing to US$16.450.
