Wingtech Technology has released a statement in response to the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs' decision to suspend an administrative order directed at Nexperia. The company expressed its appreciation for the efforts undertaken by China's Ministry of Commerce and viewed the Dutch Ministry's action as a sign of its willingness to confront the issues head-on. However, Wingtech Technology noted that the emergency measures imposed by the Enterprise Chamber remain in effect, continuing to infringe upon the rights and interests of the Chinese side. Furthermore, the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs has sidestepped addressing the core issues at hand.
Wingtech Technology highlighted that the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs played the role of the 'instigator' and 'mastermind' in this incident. The company urged the Dutch Ministry to confront the true nature of the issues, make a thorough correction of its errors, permanently revoke the administrative order, and withdraw its involvement and support from the Enterprise Chamber. Additionally, Wingtech Technology called for the restoration of the Chinese side's legitimate control over Nexperia and the legitimate rights of its personnel.
Wingtech Technology stressed that a genuine resolution must hinge on restoring the full rights of its shareholders and their legitimate control over Nexperia. The company also reiterated its commitment to taking legal measures to safeguard its own rights and interests.
