A-Shares: Three Major Indices Close Higher Collectively, While Real Estate Stocks See Decline

On the afternoon of November 19, 2025, the three major A-share indices exhibited a mixed performance. The Shanghai Composite Index edged up by 0.18%, the Shenzhen Component Index ended the day virtually unchanged, and the ChiNext Index climbed 0.25%.

Among the sectors, precious metals, aerospace and defense, and daily chemicals took the lead in gains. China National Gold Group surged over 8%, Guoke Military Industry jumped more than 7%, while Shuyang and Western Gold both rose over 3%.

On the flip side, cultural media, real estate, and diversified financial sectors experienced weakness. Guangdian Network plummeted over 8%, Shunfa Hengneng dropped more than 5%, and Zhejiang Orient fell over 4%.

Concept sectors remained lively, including aquaculture, lithium mining, optical module CPO (Co-Packaged Optics), lithium extraction from salt lakes, and photolithography machines.

On the news front, following the close of the U.S. stock market this Wednesday, Nvidia is set to release its earnings report for the third quarter of fiscal 2026. Minsheng Securities anticipates that Nvidia's demand will remain robust this quarter.
