Centec Communications has made an announcement stating that the share - reduction plan of its major shareholder, the National Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund Co., Ltd., has come to an end. Over the period from August 25 to November 17, 2025, the fund has gradually decreased its stake. Through centralized bidding transactions, it has offloaded a cumulative total of 10.1891 million shares. These shares represent 2.49% of the company's entire share capital. The price per share during this stake - reduction process ranged from 102.26 yuan to 144.74 yuan. As a result of these transactions, the fund cashed out a total of 1.265 billion yuan. At present, the fund still has 2.1109 million shares that are subject to further reduction. Its current total shareholding stands at 59.8602 million shares, which accounts for 14.60% of the company's total share capital.
