In the realm of cutting-edge chip manufacturing technologies, Samsung currently stands as the sole contender capable of keeping pace with TSMC. TSMC has outlined plans to commence mass production of its 2nm process, known as N2, by the year's end. Meanwhile, Samsung has already achieved a significant milestone by initiating mass production of its 2nm process, dubbed SF2. The inaugural product to harness Samsung's 2nm process will be its proprietary Exynos 2600 processor. This processor is specifically tailored for mobile platforms, with a strong emphasis on achieving low power consumption. On the performance-oriented front, a notable product could be the AI chip REBEL-CPU, which has been developed through a collaborative effort between Samsung and the South Korean startup Rebellions.
