On October 12, Wingtech Technology released a statement revealing that, on September 30, the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Climate Policy of the Netherlands issued a ministerial order. This order mandates that Nexperia, along with its 30 global subsidiaries, must refrain from making any alterations to their assets, intellectual property holdings, business operations, or personnel for a period of one year. Concurrently, the Dutch court has made a series of rulings: it has temporarily suspended Zhang Xuezheng's position as a director at Nexperia, appointed an independent director to oversee certain matters, and placed Wingtech Technology's shares in Nexperia under the stewardship of a third-party manager. Presently, Nexperia continues its daily operations uninterrupted; however, there is a potential for the efficiency of decision-making processes and resource allocation to be impacted by these developments.
