Shibei Hi-Tech recently clarified on an interactive platform that, as a limited partner in the CCTV Media Convergence Fund, it possesses a 2.69% interest in the said fund. In June 2022, the fund made an investment in MetaX Integrated Circuits, and followed up with an investment in Yangtze Memory Storage in December 2023. It's important to note that Shibei Hi-Tech does not engage in the day-to-day operations or management decisions of the fund. Given the relatively small proportion of its indirectly held shares in these investments, the impact on Shibei Hi-Tech's overall operational performance is expected to be minimal.
